Pickup went smoothly overall. I did have to wait a little bit, but... yeah, nothing too bad

Had a good experience with Hui Car Share. I asked a couple questions and they got back to me quickly each time. Answers were clear, and everything was straightforward. Would use them again

Pickup was straightforward, which I appreciated because I was already feeling mentally drained that day. The car itself was okay, but it definitely could’ve been cleaner. There were some crumbs on the seats and the inside had a bit of a stale smell. It wasn’t awful or anything, I just expected it to feel a little fresher.

Overall it was fine, but I did notice a couple fees pop up later that I wasnt expecting. Not a huge deal, just wish the pricing was laid out a bit more clearly upfront.

In my experience, the drop-off was a lot more stressful than it should have been. I wasn’t really given clear directions on where to leave the car, so I ended up standing around trying to get a straight answer from someone.
Even after I finally handed over the keys, I still didn’t feel totally sure that everything had been properly checked in. For me, it was a frustrating way to end the rental, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

I rented this car recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind. The pickup process was simple, and the car did run, but the overall condition was rougher than I expected. The seats had noticeable stains, there was a weird smoke smell inside, and the tires looked worn. I really wish the listing had been more upfront about the actual condition of the car

I used drivehui.com and overall it was good for what I paid. The prices seemed fair, and I didn’t feel like they were constantly trying to upsell me, which I appreciated. The process was mostly easy to follow, though there were a few parts where I had to slow down and double-check what I was doing. Nothing major, but little things like that can be annoying. Still, for the money, I’d say it was worth it, and I’d probably use it again

Maintenance wasn’t super quick, so I had to wait longer than I expected. But once they got to it, they fixed the issue, so it worked out in the end.

The website was easy to figure out overall, but a few pages felt slower than I expected. I found myself clicking around more than I wanted to, and some info just wasn’t where I instinctively thought it would be. It’s not a bad experience, but I definitely felt like it could be smoother and more intuitive.

They had a decent mix of cars available, which made the whole process easier for me. I found something that fit what I needed without having to spend all day looking around. If you’re after something super specific, I guess it depends on their inventory that day, but for me it worked out well. No real complaints.

I really wanted Drive Hui to work out because the concept is super convenient, but my experience was just kind of clunky. Finding a car close by was really hit or miss, and when I finally did, the pickup took longer than I expected. The app also had a few parts where I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next. Weirdly, the thing I remember most is standing there trying to unlock the car while a chicken wandered across the parking lot, which somehow made the whole process feel even slower. It’s probably fine if you’re planning ahead, but for a quick, easy option, it didn’t really do it for me.

I checked out drivehui.com while I was looking for a used car, the selection was better than I expected. I’m not saying it was perfect or anything, but there were enough different makes and models that I could actually compare a few without feeling like I was seeing the same car over and over.

Some listings definitely had more info than others, so yeah, I had to poke around a bit, but that didn’t really bother me too much. Overall, I liked the options they had, and I found a couple cars I’d seriously consider

Canceling went smoothly. I was expecting some annoying nonsense or a bunch of stupid hoops to jump through, but nope, it was quick and painless.

The coverage options were fine overall, but some of the limits felt a bit low to me. I had to read through a lot before I felt fully sure about what was actually included.

I checked the charge carefully after the ride because I always like to make sure there are no surprise fees, and the bill matched what I expected. No weird extras or anything sketchy. I’m only taking off one star because the receipt email showed up later than I would’ve liked.
